A Perfect Blend – Blooming Hill Farm Wedding
A Blooming Hill Farm Wedding is so wonderfully unique. Located in Monroe, NY, this was the unconventional choice for Nazeefa and Michal’s unconventional wedding ceremony and reception. Nazeefa and Michal are a couple who are connected since their college days and their wedding was a wonderful mix of personalities, cultures, and traditions.
As Nazeefa got dressed with the help of best friend at a private and charming bed & breakfast in Warwick, she was beautiful as she planned for a first look with her bridesmaids and couldn’t wait to get to the farm to see her handsome groom.
Dapper is the only word I can think of to describe Michal and his energetic groomsmen. The farm has all these nooks and romantically picturesque areas to take pictures, both inside and out. We tried to enjoy all of them. When Nazeefa and Michal had their First Look, the relief they expressed when they saw each other made it such a special moment. It was important also for Nazeefa to have a First Look with her dad shortly before the ceremony, and though he was late, they managed to enjoy that moment together.
Ceremony
The ceremony area is a secluded short walk within the farm, and music was played by Michal’s brother. As the officiant told Nazeefa and Michal stories along with meaningful passages that made up the ceremony, they laughed, cried a little, and finally were married.
The Party
Cocktail hour was delightful as everyone talked and laughed and nibbled. The reception under the tent was also romantic with the handmade place cards, charming florals, and string lights. Food is extra delicious at Blooming Hill Farm, and I would highly recommend anyone take the time for a lunch or dinner date and treat yourself. Nazeefa and Michal didn’t take long to get the party started after dinner, dancing was full on and floor space was at a premium because just about everyone was on their feet. Not coincidentally, the DJ company is APB Entertaintment, which stands for A Perfect Blend. It surely was.
It was a magical night, topped off with sparklers. No one can argue by the evidence of those smiling faces all around. This special couple has begun their adventure-filled life together, for sure, and I wish them all the joy in the world.
